Metro & Rail
Metro construction is the largest underground programme on earth right now, with deep stations and TBM drives across dozens of cities. We support metro delivery teams with ISO 19650 information management, CDE administration, and monitoring intelligence platforms.
Tunnelling & Underground Space
Tunnelling is where construction data is densest and the stakes highest: TBM telemetry, ground monitoring, settlement control. We provide the data layer for tunnelling works and research how underground space is planned and financed.
Water & Utilities
Water programmes are among the biggest buyers of underground delivery: deep sewers, storage tunnels, network renewal. Utility data quality is the sector's known weak point; we consolidate it into governed GIS and run the information environments these long programmes require.
Data Centres
Data centres have collided with land and power constraints, pushing operators toward efficiency, heat reuse, and in a small but real set of precedents, underground facilities. We research this intersection and support operators with data platforms and independent analysis.
Industrial Cold Chain
Underground cold storage is one of the underground economy's proven models, exploiting natural thermal mass to cut energy costs. We map where the model works, across geology, logistics and energy economics, and provide intelligence to operators and investors examining it.
