Redevon is a subterranean infrastructure intelligence firm. We do two things: we publish independent research on the underground economy, and we build and run the project intelligence systems that underground projects depend on: information management, data environments, monitoring platforms, GIS and digital twins.
About us
Redevon launched in 2026 with a clear vision: that the next era of infrastructure is being built beneath our cities, and that the underground, in its data and in its market, needs to be made legible. We began by doing the two things we can do with rigour today: publishing independent research on the underground economy, and running the project intelligence systems underground projects depend on.
We started from an observation: the world is building downward, into metros, tunnels, deep utilities, underground storage and space, and the underground is where construction is most uncertain. The ground is unseen. Project data is fragmented. Even the market is opaque: no one aggregates what is being built beneath the surface. Regulation is now forcing the issue, with BIM and information management requirements written into public procurement in our home markets, while the people to meet those requirements remain scarce. Our business is making the underground legible: in its data, and in its market.
We are early in our journey and honest about it. Today we research and we run systems. As our standing and our credentials grow, our advisory practice will grow with them. What will not change is the boundary we publish and the independence we keep.

Disclosure
Any commercial relationship with a party mentioned in our advice or research, whether retainer, commission or equity, is disclosed in that advice or research. Always.
Separation
A client may engage Redevon as independent advisor, or be introduced by Redevon under a fee arrangement, on a given matter, but never both on the same matter.
Research firewall
Published research is never paid for by its subjects. We do not accept sponsorship of research. If sponsored content ever appears on this site
No vendor ties
We do not take referral fees from software vendors or instrumentation suppliers, and we are not owned by or affiliated with any.
Participation
Any future equity participation in ventures is individually approved by our board with a written conflict assessment.
Quality & safety
Redevon is building its practice to recognised standards. We are working toward ISO 9001 certification for quality management, and we apply disciplined data-security practices across every system we run. We work alongside the site safety cultures of the projects we support, and we respect the boundary between our role, the information and data layer, and the engineering judgment that remains with our clients and their chartered partners.
Redevon is part of the Redevon Group, an engineering-led technology organisation established in 2012. Redevon IT (redevonit.com) builds and operates web platforms, AI agents and managed digital operations for clients internationally. Redevon, this practice, applies that engineering capability to subterranean infrastructure.
