We work to the standards that govern modern infrastructure delivery: ISO 19650 (information management) · Uniclass / IFC / ICMS (classification & exchange) · PAS 128 (utility data context) · delivery environments under NEC4 and public-works contract frameworks.

Why now

Mandated
Ireland requires BIM on all public projects by January 2028, phased in through the public-works framework. In India, BIM requirements are being written into public procurement. Central government mandates now apply to large publicly funded projects, and BIM is required on the country's metro programmes. Information management is shifting from best practice to procurement requirement.
Under-served
Industry surveys across our markets agree: firms are adopting digital delivery, but skilled people are the bottleneck. Most SME consultancies and contractors cannot staff a full-time information manager.
Underground
A decade of metro, tunnelling, water and underground development is in procurement across India, Ireland, the UK and Singapore, and underground projects generate the most complex, least legible data in construction.
